We use personal information to:
Respond to enquiries and provide quotations.
Manage bookings and communicate with customers.
Deliver our mobile photo booth service.
Create, organise and provide access to digital photographs through an online gallery or download link.
Process payments, deposits and refunds.
Maintain business and financial records.
Maintain website security and improve our services.
Use photographs for promotional purposes where we have obtained appropriate permission and established a lawful basis.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
4. Our Lawful Bases for Processing
We process personal information only where we have an appropriate lawful basis.
Depending on the circumstances, these may include:
Contract: To take steps requested by you before a booking and to fulfil our contractual obligations.
Legal obligation: To maintain financial records and comply with applicable legal requirements.
Legitimate interests: To respond to general enquiries, manage our business, protect our systems and provide our services, where these interests do not override your rights.
Consent: To use identifiable photographs for our own promotional purposes where consent is the appropriate lawful basis, and to use non-essential cookies where required.
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal will not affect processing that took place lawfully before consent was withdrawn.
5. Photographs and Online Galleries
Our photo booth service allows guests to have photographs taken and, where included in the booking, access digital images through an online gallery or download link.
Photographs are processed to provide the service agreed with the booking customer.
Depending on the gallery provider and the arrangements for your event, photographs may be accessible to people who receive the gallery link. We encourage customers to treat these links as private and share them only with intended recipients.
We will take reasonable steps to protect galleries against unauthorised access, using the security features available through our chosen provider.
Please be aware that anyone who downloads or saves an image may retain their own copy after the gallery has expired or we have deleted our copy.
How long do we keep photographs?
Our intended standard retention period for event photographs is 90 days from the event date.
After this period, we will delete photographs from our active storage and online gallery, subject to any necessary exceptions for legal obligations, unresolved disputes or other legitimate reasons to retain specific information.
Copies held in routine system backups may take additional time to expire in accordance with the relevant provider’s backup processes.
If you need photographs after the 90-day period, please download and save them before the gallery expires.
6. Use of Photographs for Marketing
We love capturing memories at weddings, parties and special events. However, providing a photo booth service does not automatically mean we can use guests’ photographs to promote our business.
We may wish to feature photographs on:
Our website.
Social media accounts.
Promotional materials and brochures.
Advertising campaigns and other marketing channels.
We will obtain appropriate permission before using identifiable event photographs for our own promotional purposes.
Where appropriate, permission will be obtained directly from the individuals shown in the images or from an authorised parent or guardian for children. Permission will be separate from the general booking arrangements and will not be a condition of receiving our standard photo booth service.
We will keep a record of relevant permissions and respect requests to withdraw consent. If consent is withdrawn, we will stop future promotional use and take reasonable steps to remove images from channels we control, subject to any applicable legal limitations.
A customer booking our service cannot automatically give consent on behalf of every adult guest simply by booking the photo booth.
7. Sharing Information with Third Parties
We may share personal information with trusted providers where necessary to operate our business, including:
Website hosting and website form providers.
Online gallery and photo booth software providers.
Cloud storage and image-delivery providers.
Payment processing providers.
Accounting and business administration providers.
Professional advisers or public authorities where required by law.
These providers may process information on our behalf or act as separate controllers, depending on the service they provide.
We will take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate data protection arrangements are in place.
If a provider stores or processes information outside the United Kingdom, we will ensure that any required legal safeguards are in place.
We will update this policy if we introduce significant new services or third-party providers that materially affect how personal information is processed.
8. Website Cookies and Analytics

Strictly necessary technologies may be used where permitted by law. We will obtain consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies where required.
You can manage your preferences through our website’s cookie settings, where available.
The exact cookies and technologies used will depend on our website platform and any services we integrate. We will provide further information about these technologies once our website configuration has been finalised.

These measures may include restricting access to business accounts, using appropriate passwords and security settings, and selecting providers that offer suitable protection.
No internet transmission, online gallery or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
